I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mini Mall Storage in Sechelt. The customer service is truly impeccable.
Murtuza, the manager, is an absolute gem. From the very first phone call to our in-person interactions, he has been incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely caring. He speaks with such warmth and patience, and you can truly feel that he wants to help.
I recently went through a stressful situation where my debit card was hacked and I had to wait for a new card to arrive. During that time, Murtuza was so understanding and supportive. Instead of adding to the stress, he handled everything with compassion and professionalism, making the whole experience so much easier than it could have been.

I have been a customer here since December 2024 when my son and daughter-in-law moved to Sechelt from Edmonton and we needed space for their things as well as storage for our home we were staging to sell. I have had only EXCELLENT service from the different staff here - always willing to answer questions and help with my storage and moving solutions. Since moving into our new home - we have been slowly sorting and bringing things out of our storage unit. For the last few months I have been looking at a "half full" unit and thinking I should make some changes to save some money with a smaller unit. Took the "plunge" today and Murtuza was super helpful in processing a change to a smaller new unit even offering me a discount for the next few months saving me $100/month during the discount period and $60/month thereafter. I was able to make the move to the new smaller unit today! Let the savings begin.

When I called to inquire about the availability and rates for exchanging two small storage lockers for one larger storage locker, the service I received from Murtuza was incredibly helpful and detailed. He took the time to fully explain their pricing structure and helped me facilitate the switch. So impressed by his kindness and his patience.
